Forever grateful

When I recently lost both my parents within 20 days of each other, I found myself in the worst time of my life. There I was, all alone, burdened with a house that I had to sell, and facing the nightmare of not having the faintest idea of how to go about it or what to look for in a real-estate agent. I am an only child as well, so that only made me feel that much more vulnerable.

Fortunately for me, my best friend had just sold their house and he told me about his agent with whom he was very impressed. Now, my friend works in the high tech fields and he is no fool. He is a perfectionist, as well as being a top performer in his field, so it is not easy to impress him. He referred me to Chris; and I will forever be in his debt for it!

I had Chris Payer as my realtor and from the beginning you could tell he was there to help me find something that would fit my budget, needs and tastes.
